Towards the end of last year we released a product update aiming to offer you a brand new experience with a unique design and features. We aimed high, shooting for the stars and, well…

We misfired. The burn was harsh — our new vision ended up aggravating and confusing many of you.

As a young, independent company, we often move at a fast pace; we are driven by ambition and innovation but the reality of our small, dynamic team means sometimes we try running before we’ve mastered walking. What we value most, what makes our product what it is — an open-minded community — is you. Your experience and raw, honest feedback have been decisive in evolving Feeld’s DNA, and with this in mind…

We decided to build you a new product.

We heard you. Digesting all the feedback led us to restructure our teams, change the way we work and rebuild the Feeld app to bring you a more functional, light and user-friendly experience.

We know you’ve heard this before. We also know such changes are not meant to be subtle; they have to be transformational. As such, we also committed to a radical redesign of our current product.

What is changing

We stripped the colour and noise and added a new system for loading connections that will make messages sync quickly and smoothly.

We made profiles clearer with all the information visible at a glance and with a simpler, more intuitive navigation.

We added icons for accessing every corner of Feeld at a touch, so you can move between screens seamlessly.

New Features

We also integrated a whole new approach to Community Care. This includes a stronger Support system offering more transparency regarding your membership status and a new comprehensive help database.

Our upcoming features include: photo upload from your camera roll; selecting a custom location; a seriously enhanced Search. Not least, our list of gender options has undergone a much-needed expansion and update, with further refinement to come.

We are determined to deliver a product that will enhance the flow of your experience on Feeld, so you can focus your efforts not on navigating the app but on finding, talking to and meeting your humans.
