We are changing the format of this update so we give you a broader idea of what is going on inside Feeld. We changed our internal weekly meetings and to keep things transparent and fluent, we’re updating this structure too. These will hopefully be more interesting too!

Product

  • After doing several user testing sessions, research and reading all feedback we humanly can, we made the decision to start working on a renewed Feeld project which will offer you a better experience. In the meantime we’re maintaining and improving the existing apps. Stay tuned and email us at cure@feeld.co if you’d like to know more.

Design

  • As mentioned earlier, we worked with designers and UX gurus to bring you a much more user-friendly, usable and fluent Feeld. We will keep improving the existing Feeld, but we’re ultimately aiming to ship a renewed design very soon.
  • A reminder: we have updated our website and added more information about who we are and about the different projects we’ve been working on, including Feeld Labs and Collaborations!

iOS

We are working to improve the recently launched version of Feeld. We are closely following all issues reported. The latest update (4.0.5) which we shipped last week has addressed the following issues:

  • You now have a better photo swiping experience in Discover.
  • You can now preview the profile of a Connection’s partner by tapping on it.
  • An issue with removing a Pair Partner link has been resolved.
  • Future Connections will now automatically load more Connections when you rate everyone on the page.
  • When you send a longer message, the font will be smaller.
  • We keep looking into the login issue some of you have. We are unable to reproduce it, which is slowing us down but please bear with us. A fix we’ve found is to change your primary email on Facebook and try log in Feeld then. Not the most graceful of fixes, but it worked for most people we tried it with and it might solve your problem too, if you have it. We still keep looking into it.

Android

The new Feeld is out on Google Play and we are working on bugs you have reported here:

  • You can now tap on the list of sexuality and gender options to select one.
  • Interests and Desires are now tags — make sure to describe them carefully!
  • When viewing a webpage in the app, tapping the back button will navigate you back through the webpages.
  • After closing or cancelling an invitation to pair accounts, you are automatically returned to Discover.
  • You can now see your partner’s avatar in Edit Profile.
  • An issue regarding date of birth input has now been resolved.

Backend

  • We’re working on improving Future Connections.
  • We’re working on a new analytics project in house.
  • Plenty of time is spent on improving the Discover experience!

Marketing

We are introducing this section where you can follow the progress of our newly formed marketing team too!

  • We have recently started resuscitated our Instagram profile, follow us @FeeldCo!
  • A number of projects to bring more people to Feeld are in progress — we’ll share more as soon as they’re live!

Customer Care

Our Support team has grown from one to two amazing humans! Evie and Sydney will be sharing their updates in this section too, so you are up to date with what they have planned.

  • A project for improving the experience for everyone Majestic is in progress.
  • We’d like to get to know you! We’ve prepared some surveys that are being sent out, so if you see a prompt for one, fill it in — it’s less than a minute work and can do magic for us.

We announced Feeld Signal, have a look and watch this space!
