In today's fast-paced world, stress and negative thoughts seem to be our constant companions. Despite the abundance of self-help books, meditation techniques, and mental wellness apps, we often overlook one simple, yet powerful tool to combat negativity: the act of smiling.

You may think this is too simplistic, but allow me to elaborate. Try an experiment. Extend your lips into a wide, genuine smile. Feel how the muscles in your face and your mood light up?

Now try to think of negative thoughts. Try until you succeed.

Done? Are you thinking of something negative? When you are, read on.

Look into the mirror, are you still smiling?

Of course not. Perhaps you forgot.

Now, while maintaining that smile, attempt to think of bad thoughts.

You can't do it right?
