What is your goal?

Too many people don’t have their goals clearly defined.

Try and think about your goal in a specific, tangible, time bound and achievable manner.

Bad

I want to loose weight — is a bad goal.

Better

I want to loose 20 pounds — better.

Great

I want to lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks, so I can fit in my wedding dress and look amazing. — Now your mind has something to work with.

Now, to the #1 thing:

To stay focused on your goals, just write it down every morning…

When you wake up, pen it down “I want to lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks, so I can fit in my wedding dress and look amazing”. Repeat Daily.

You’ll loose the weight if you do this religiously.
