Hi buds! We have two parts of exciting news to share.

First, thank you so much to everyone who has backed our Kickstarter so far. Because of you we’ve already raised 30% of our goal from 311 lovely backers, in only 6 full days! 👏 👏👏

If you haven’t checked out our campaign yet, please do! It will help so many people, especially our youth. Even if this app isn’t for you, you probably know someone who could use it.

We’re declaring August 21st, Internet Self-Care Day.

International Self-Care Day was July 27th, but we’re proposing to create a separate but equal holiday taking the spirit of self-care online, centralizing self-care and helping communities thrive in support of one another.

We invite you to use the hashtag #ISCD17 and share all your self-care tips, routines, favorite accounts/communities, thoughts on self-care and more!

We’ll be featuring your posts all day on Instagram & Twitter on both Femsplain & Aloe accounts.

Also on August 21st, at 1PM EST, we invite you to participate in a #ISCD17 Twitter chat, hosted by Amber Discko, Tiffanie Woods & Heather Mason on the Aloe Twitter account.

We can’t wait to learn and share with you!

Aloe is also excited to be hosting a special livestream event in support of this holiday. Supporters are invited to tune in to our Kickstarter page on August 21, 2017 to hang with the founder of Aloe, and buds.
