To answer the question “Who forgets to…?”

450 million people live with Mental Illness

People living with Chronic Illness

Autistic people

People with ADHD

Or people who just forget to shower, eat, drink, etc..

It’s okay to forget. 💚

I’ve been getting a lot of messages like this lately, on Twitter (of course) or in my inbox. It’s not surprising to me though, of course it’s easy to remember to take care of yourself when you have the privilege and funds to do so.

I am one of the 350 million people living with Depression. I forget to do a lot, especially on bad days. But ever since I began working on this app, going to therapy, and focusing on the smaller tasks, life has become a bit easier.

This is the main reason I’m building this. Because it shouldn’t be surprising that in today’s world, people need tools and support to help them out.

Your bud,

💚 Amber

Back it for you or back it for them, but please don’t stop spreading the word about an app that can truly make a difference in the world.

There’s not much time left.
