Recently i have learnt in a nutrition class all about chemicals in certain plastics and even chemicals in the everyday receipts, that we handle on a daily basis. How nasty they can be for us. I have a lot more knowledge on certain foods ! For example — Low fat foods seem to have a lot more sugars in them than the fatty foods.
So what is right for us? Guess what — as we all know organic Foods. I always thought they were to expensive but i have recently been shown certain recipes that actually work out cheaper than eating your daily crap that is on the shelves these days in our local supermarkets.
