The Fenomy «Group» tool is a strong tool for managing and organizing people and smart devices to tackle a wide range of cooperative tasks. In Fenomy, there are many forms of «Groups» such as Corporations (both public and private), Associations that can only be private, and Groups that only have a public status and the option of being temporary. Members of all group types are not required to have a per-existing relationship with one another and may remain anonymous.

Without a doubt! A simple group with conventional tools can be used to organize a trip. You may establish a group with a single press of a button from the mobile app or the online app.

How will people be able to join the group? Is it challenging?

It is simple to become a member of a group. Each group has its own QR code, which can be both permanent and temporary, and can be viewed on a mobile phone or a computer monitor. The QR code can also be printed in booklets, on business cards, posted on bulletin boards, or distributed in newsletters.

Participants merely need to scan a QR code using the app’s scanner and accept the group’s rules.

To join a group all you have to do is scan a QR code and agree to the terms and rules of the group you are joining.

Is it possible to use the group tool in our natural park on an ongoing basis? What are the possibilities?

Any form of group can be utilized on a daily, consistent basis, including for organizational chores.

For a nature reserve, for example, a public group of the «Association» type can be created to account for and manage visitors, a private group of the «Company» type can be created for employees, and a specific group can be created for interaction coordination of park rangers on the territory.

Via «Incidents», park staff on-site can connect with guests and collect information on emergencies at remotely operated arias. The «Safety perimeter» function can be used to alter safety zones and maintain the borders of the territory automatically and in due time, warning visitors about the restrictions of the territory and preventing potential offenses.

Messages in groups function in real time as both a chat and an information board. Visitors can always get communications from park management with warnings or other vital information, as well as answers to questions.

You can manage the group using a mobile application or a personal account via a web application, which includes an «Incident control center» that allows you to analyze substantial amounts of data in real time.

An administrator can establish and assign responsibilities to other users, enable tools, configure «Safety perimeters», manage QR codes, and use financial tools.
