How to use Uniswap to swap between ETH and FRM (MetaMask)

In this article, we’re looking at an overview of how to use Uniswap to swap between Ethereum and Ferrum Network Token (FRM)

About Uniswap

The Uniswap exchange is the biggest decentralized exchange in the cryptocurrency space with the highest liquidity, it allows users to swap anywhere in the world, there is no KYC and the entire system is trustless with no counterparty risks

Get started:

Before starting, make sure you download MetaMask or any other web3 wallet that is supported by Uniswap

Go to FRM Uniswap page → http://uniswap.ferrum.network

Click on the ‘Buy’ button located on the right side of the page

Connect your MetaMask wallet to Uniswap using the “Connect to a wallet” button

Type your MetaMask password and connect to Uniswap

Once your wallet is connected Uniswap will be able to read your ETH balance and you’ll be able to perform a swap into FRM

Type in the amount of ETH you wish to buy FRM with and confirm the transaction

Once you confirm, the transaction will go through and FRM tokens will be deposited right into your MetaMask wallet (The speed is usually up to 10 seconds but it depends on the Ethereum blockchain)
