The coronavirus may be attracting the attention of the world’s media, and causing the postponement of numerous blockchain conferences, but we are working as hard as ever to develop our technology and spread the word about its growing potential.

Fetch.ai participates at London Blockchain Week

Today Fetch.ai CEO Humayun Sheikh featured on a panel at London Blockchain Summit. At the event, Humayun discussed the benefits of the rapidly growing decentralized data marketplace.

Fetch.ai participates in WeChat AMA

Yesterday, Fetch.ai CTO Toby Simpson answered questions from members of the Sky.io community about our innovative technology. You can find out what was discussed by reading a transcript of the AMA.

Updated developer site

This week we unveiled changes to our developer website. We’ve made it easier than ever to build your own autonomous agent and you can now find videos, demos, guides and an FAQ to help you explore the potential of our network.

Upcoming events

Fetch.ai and Cambridge University to co-organize blockchain conference

This major new event will take place on 28 March in Cambridge and feature experts from leading academic institutions such as MIT, Yale University and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Over the course of the day, they will discuss some of the applications of blockchain technology, including the revolutionary impact it will have on the finance sector.

Technology update

This week, excluding merges, 9 authors have pushed 13 commits to the main branch and 17 commits to all branches. On the main branch, 170 files have changed and there have been 2,872 additions and 1,250 deletions. See all updates.
