University of Cambridge AI scientist Richard Dybowski joins Fetch

Please welcome Richard Dybowski, a senior artificial intelligence research scientist and mathematician at the University of Cambridge, to the Fetch team. With over 25 years’ experience in the application of AI to computational chemistry, Richard’s research specialises in the application of AI/ machine learning to several medical fields, including drug discovery, as well as agent-based environments and their logics.

Richard has been a senior research scientist at Cambridge University since 2012, where he is the Head of the Special Interest Group in AI in Healthcare within the Cambridge Big Data Strategic Initiative. Previously, Richard was also appointed as a Research Fellow at St Thomas’ Hospital/King’s College London, where he undertook statistical and AI research into a variety of medical areas, including microbiology, intensive care, and ophthalmology.

Richard will apply his particular interest in the potential application of decentralised ledger technologies to healthcare at Fetch.AI, where he joins a growing team of dedicated, curious minds building the missing critical infrastructure for the future digital economy.
