Tammy’s grandchild gets a virtual alarm that their biochemistry markers are off. An elusive dose of nature is prescribed.

However, opening their Mindshield™ for external data, today’s winter forecast says it’ll stay scorching until after dark.

Instead, they don their virtual equipment for a fake walk in fake nature.

They think-pause their immersion experience when a notification appears. Their AI investment avatar wants approval to abandon Dogecoin in favour of the latest crypto: Turtlecent.

Approval given.

If it pays off, maybe they can afford the heat protection to leave this sodding bunker and experience what remains of actual nature.

BTW, I have no idea what will happen with gender and pronouns in the future. A neutral approach seemed safest
