My exactly 100 word Drabble using the Random word ‘looked.’
We’re all guilty!
The party was filled with good cheer and cold beer.
Twenty somethings’ hormones rushing, friendly and flirting.
The front door burst open.
There she stood. The most beautiful woman I’d ever seen.
She glowed.
Everyone stopped their monkey business and looked transfixed at the goddess in the doorway.
A brief silence.
A man ran over, dropped to his knees, hands clasped as if praying.
“Choose me, please choose me!” he begged.
Horrified, she turned and walked out the door she came in.
The party resumed as if she never appeared, it turned out to be the best of the season.
