“Why make life harder for yourself? I don’t know why you’re wavering over a cat or a dog. A cat is easier to take care of.”
“I don’t know what to doo-doo.”
“Speaking of doo-doo, you know I’m purrfectly right. A cat won’t hound you to go outside and do its business. It has a litter box.”
“I’m confused.”
“You look dog tired.”
“Is a cat as fun as a dog? A cat can’t play fetch or go for walks.”
“Felina, you’re 98! You aren’t able to play fetch!”
Silence.
“What’s wrong, Felina? The cat got your tongue?”
