When Daniel said he was inviting the guys over for a football weekend, Katie was all for it. Daniel deserved some play time with his friends. But when Daniel said Luke was coming, Katie’s heart dropped.

“You really had to invite Luke?”

“Come on, Katie. He’s not that bad. I couldn’t tell him no after he heard me inviting Steve.”

“Daniel, the last time Luke was here, he wouldn’t keep his hands off me.”

“It won’t be like that. I promise.”

Luke made her uncomfortable, and now Daniel did, too. Katie hated feeling like a guest in her own home.
