Word for drabble #213 (July 30, 3024) is cheer; with a twist “if only you knew”

I’m not one to be jealous! There were occasions when I felt like, “I can do that, too!” or “I can do better!” but most of the time, I cheered for others. It’s just being human, no?

“You? Not jealous? If only you knew how many comparisons you make daily, you would’ve laughed at yourself! And the statement above… you wouldn’t even dare to think it!”

Okay, so I compare! But isn’t that good to challenge myself? It doesn’t mean jealousy!

Again, my Dear… if only you knew….”

“Well… if only you live in a reality! Not just a reflection!”

“Confidence isn’t about walking in a room and thinking you’re better than everyone. It’s walking in and not having to compare yourself to anyone at all.” (Unknown)

Thank you, Nancy Oglesby, for a wonderful inspiration.
