More and more conferences. In person. Remote. They all took time. The main topic was most always how to make better use of the time available, advancing customer service.
Ben leaned back, finishing his latest video conference, face in hands, trying to somehow will away his headache.
It all started when everyone was working remotely because of Covid, but even now, when everyone was back in the office, there seemed to be a conference of some sort every 10 minutes.
Perhaps the best way to improve customer service would be to stop having the damned conferences and do some work.
