“Oh, Ram! It’s happening!” Ewe gasped, “The pain is overpowering.

“Breathe, love! You’re doing fine!” Ram bleated, pacing in circles.

With one final push, a tiny, wobbly lamb tumbled into the straw. Silence. Then — he cried!

“He’s here! He’s here!” Ram pranced, nearly tripping over his own hooves. “Look at him! He’s perfect! He has your pointy ears!”

Ewe nuzzled the damp, blinking lamb. “And your nose.”

The lamb sneezed.

Ram gasped. “His first sneeze! He’s so cute!”

Ewe laughed, “Oh, this will be an adventure.”
