The Year of the Drabble
Welcome to Fiction Shorts, the publication devoted to, well, short fiction. Several of our community of writers have branched out into fiction, and many have turned out to be naturals. This is your publication! A place to share our stories with the world. (Okay, with whoever stumbles across it.)
Things changed drastically on January 1st, 2024 when we introduced our Random Word Drabble Challenge. It became insanely popular. So much so, that I might add a separate tab for regular short fiction to separate it from the 30–60 Drabbles we publish every day.
Short Fiction
At least for the time being, while our 100-Word Drabble Challenge is taking up most of our space, please submit stories that run between 101 and 1000 words to the Challenged.
