Would I have chosen the self-publishing route if I had known about self-promotion difficulties — how exhausting and mentally challenging they are?

Attending book signings and out-of-country book fairs, I abundantly face opportunities for personal development and self-awareness, watching myself grow. As I cheer myself onward, building my enthusiasm and confidence, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Many say, “If it comes easily, it’s not worth the effort.”

Someday, I will look back at today’s ME and proudly smile.
