Julia stood as the Honorable Judge Catsrule’s presence was acknowledged. Everyone else was a cat, so they were already seated, before she sat back down.

Julia was doing an article about the all-cat courtroom event. There were six jurors in the jury box; a large Amazon box. The defense and prosecution tables resembled scratching posts.

The defendant, a ginger cat named Milo, was charged with assault. Milo had pleaded innocent, as his human was ten minutes late feeding him dinner, for the third time this week. After all the evidence was presented, the jury found him innocent of the crime.
