Unplugged moments of life
Today’s random word is: Modern — Twist? A Drabble and a half — 150 words.
Mom: You know child, I have noticed since last many days that we have lost that beautiful conversation which we used to have earlier.
Daughter: yes, I think we both are very busy with our lives.
Mom: I miss those days when we used to talk more. It seems like this modern life is pulling us apart.
Daughter: You are right, I miss those times when we used to share everything.
Mom: I think we should spend more time together avoiding screens.
Daughter: Absolutely. How about we set aside some time each day just for us? No phones, no screens—just talking and enjoying each other’s company. How about starting with no phones at dinner?
Mom: Great idea! Let’s make it a new tradition. Let’s make more time to reconnect.
Daughter: We both need more time with each other.
Mom: Yes, it’s never too late to bring back those beautiful conversations.
