“Come on, let’s go check the trap!” Danny was excited as he entered the sewer pipe beneath Derry Common. Max was less enthused.
“But what if you’ve caught Pennywise in the snare?” His voice was small, scared.
“That’s the plan, come on!” And with that, they took off.
Reaching the snare, they only found a bloated, dead rat.
“Ah man! At least there’s nothin’ for you to worry ‘bout, Max.”
Suddenly a maniacal giggle echoed around the sewers coming from everywhere and getting closer. Then, from around the bend, they saw an unmistakable clown-like shadow on the curved wall.
