Today’s word is Issue. A drabble and half, and starts with “It was too late”

It was too late…

“Friends! That’s the prompt. Pick an episode in your life, and write about it. One condition: you have to give it a positive voice. Let’s resume in fifteen.”

“George, wait! The prompt is, “It was too late,” and you want to give it a positive voice? Is it possible?”

“Is there an issue?”

Nora frowned, annoyed with George’s craving for positivity.

“Why does it have to be positive?”

“Because of a moment like this! When I can get someone bothered to the point that they’re writing about it. Usually, a good piece comes out of it.”

“ Humans are intriguing! They crave for peace. Yet, they usually perform best when they’re under pressure. They unite better when they’re in chaos. I hope you write your best now that you’re bothered.”

Nora smiled. This is why she loves his class. He brings the best out of her.

Thank you, Nancy Oglesby and the FS Editors, for a great inspiration for the day.
