A Drabble is a work of fiction that is exactly 100 words.
Gregory sighed, shaking his head. He’d been awake all night. His eyes were old, tired in the dim light. He had to keep looking. The answer was somewhere in this library.
As a historian, he should have the answer by now, but he couldn’t find it. Did someone rip a page from the book he needed? It didn’t look that way.
Where was it?
He could break the curse, but the only clue he had was scribbled on a piece of brown paper along with the library’s address.
