Billy knew from Sunday school as a child, “Thou shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”
When his beautiful neighbor came over with a black eye, he offered her tea and a shoulder to cry on.
It wasn’t long before it was more than that. She moved in with him before the divorce was final.
Now, as husband number four to the woman next door, he watched for those who coveted thy neighbor’s wife.
