The twist for today’s drabble is to use the concept of ‘you just fell off the edge of the Earth.’
The year was 2999.
Advancements had been made in technology. Travel beyond Earth was available to the average human.
Today would be the first time someone who wasn’t an astronaut would be able to explore the universe.
Buzzie, a social media influencer, got suited up and ready to fly off into the vast unknown, but instead, he was in a space car going over 500 mph.
“What the fuck?” Buzzie screamed out as the car went over the edge and into space.
He quickly texted his marketing team.
The Earth is not round. It’s flat.
Repeat the Earth is flat.’
