Dear Madam,

This letter is to inform you that your services are no longer required. We recognize that you have taken on the noble task of removing stray tennis balls from our yard, with substantial effort and zero compensation, but this service is more hindrance than beneficial.

The balls are left out intentionally for our dogs. We apologize if these tennis balls are somehow a detriment to your well-being, but we would appreciate it if you would desist from removing our items from our private property.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yours in earnest,

The McAllisters
