Drabbles are short — only 100 words. Please go to the bottom of the page & stay on it for 30 seconds or more so the stories are counted as read. Please read, highlight, clap, and comment — let us know you’ve been here! Thank you! 😁

Today’s word is “suspicion” and the drabble must be based in a nudist colony.

She walked around the corner and came face to face with the most gorgeous man she’d ever seen. And he was totally naked!

After she moved in, she’d had a suspicion about the little beach cove behind her house but hadn’t confirmed it until now. It was attached to a nudist colony.

“Hi! I’m Matt. You the new neighbor?” he inquired. His smile was dazzling.

“Um, hi. I’m Amy,” she blushed. “Yes, I just moved in.”76

“Sorry to startle you. You should join us at 5 for drinks. It’s lovely to meet you,” he beamed.

“Clearly,” she said, looking downward.

Sometimes fate has a good sense of humor!
