Dear Cultural Organizations, Re:Culture Starts Now
This past Friday we announced our initiative Re:Culture in support of the arts and culture. Before we tell you more about it, let us give you the highlights:
- As part of Re:Culture, one EU/EEA-based culture organization will get selected for a 12-week brand reinvention project. Five other applicants will receive a consultation session

We are calling for applications from all public and private cultural institutions, cultural organizations, and/or platforms, art collectives, affected by the coronavirus crisis.
Ever since the coronavirus lockdown was put in place a few months ago, we at Fiction started asking ourselves “How can we help in these difficult times?”. It did not take long for us to answer this question.
Knowing our team’s passion for the arts and seeing how much the culture sector was under pressure, we felt the need to help the cultural world with what we do best. After all, the arts were there to lift our spirits during the corona crisis and the least we can do is support them back. That is why we decided to launch Re:Culture.
The brand reinvention project
At the heart of Re:Culture is a 12-week brand reinvention project which we are giving away for free to one organization in the cultural and art space.
The project will be developed in 5 key phases: discovery, brand audit, digital brand vision sprint, concept exploration, and prototype production. During the project, the selected cultural organization will get to work with us on reinventing their brand in one of the following areas: brand refresh, digital media campaign, or new digital product/service concept.
Here we want to note that we are open to any other ideas you might have as we want to explore the best digital opportunity to support your organization.
In addition, five other applicants will receive a 1-hour brand consultation session with our team.

Keep in mind that applications are limited to arts and culture organizations based in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA). Also, we accept only one submission per organization.
The deadline for submitting your application is July 26, 23:59 CET. Applying is as simple as answering several questions in the application form on our website.
