How to use Google Authenticator

Let’s see how to use Google Authenticator to sign the Due Diligence:

• 1) Download Google Authenticator App from Android and iOs App store;

• 2) Open the app on your smartphone, tap the “+” icon, select “Scan barcode” and scan the QR Code at the bottom of the Due Diligence questionnaire.

• 3) Alternatively, after you tap the “+” icon, select “Manual entry” and fill in the following information:

Account: “FidelityHouse”
Key: (insert the key appearing on the bottom of the Due Diligence process)
Time based: On

and confirm with the flag at the top right to save data.

• 4) Enter in the dedicated field at the bottom of the Due Diligence process, the 6 number code appearing on your smartphone’s display and confirm the submission of the Due Diligence before the time available on the app expires. Otherwise, enter the new code generated by Google Authenticator.
