In the heart of urban San Francisco, this multi-functional loft transforms a small condo into a dynamic space.
Custom designed and pre-fabricated, this project combines a guest bed, dinning room, full-size closet, spacious bedroom and dynamic work area into one compact loft.
In designing this unique space, we considered all the individual elements that our clients would be utilizing. Then methodically, we looked at how these items could be organized in an efficient manner.
All of the pre-cast concrete panels, wood slats, metal work and custom cabinetry were pre-fabricated in Oakland, CA and re-assembled on-site in San Francisco.
