Welcome to Paper 3.6, an update with key new features that make it faster and easier than ever to find and view your work.

Find Work Faster With The New Sidebar

Paper’s new sidebar makes it a cinch to find your work. Previously, people with a lot of saved content found themselves having to repeatedly scroll to find what they wanted. Working with members of the Paper community, we iterated through several versions before landing on the one you see now, which blends visual elements with a neatly listed and easily scrollable sidebar.

Paper 3.6 also now drops you off in the last space you were working from — a great way to jump right back into wherever your thought process last left off.

We’ve also added a Search field in the sidebar so in addition to quickly scrolling, you can just type the name of the space you’re looking for.

See Your Ideas More Clearly

In response to folks wanting to view sketches and images without entering Edit mode, we’ve developed fullscreen card view. Now, when you tap on your work it immediately fills the entire screen. To make edits, simply tap again to pull up the tool tray.

Last But Not Least…

New Card Button — Stay in the flow and consecutively add new creations by using the + button in the upper right.

New Lingo — Ideas are now called Cards, and Spaces have become Grids, echoing the format of their content.

Easier Public Stream Access — Just tap the profile button in the Public Stream grid for quick access to your profile card, starred works, and shared creations.

Unified Sharing Settings — Whether you’re sharing to the Public Stream, social media, or the Creative Cloud, everything is one central place, and just a tap away. For more information, please visit our Support page.

We love hearing from you here at FiftyThree! As always, please don’t hesitate to ask questions or share feedback by emailing us at support@fiftythree.com.
