FINANCE LEAD COLLABORATION OFFER
FileProof develops e-notarization tools working in peer to peer mode and protecting against important risks inherent to lack of digital authenticity. FileProof aims to build an affordable standard in the nascent field of e-notarization.
FileProof backbone technology allows to implement multi-purpose use cases including identity management, supply chain monitoring, asset tokenization and others that the Founders decided to structure into separated startups. FileProof is currently used in aviation (through CVProof) and is developing a new entity to market its most recent solution for E-VOTING.
Role:
Join our leadership team to shape the future of peer to peer notarization. We are looking for an independent Finance lead with an entrepreneurial spirit to support the growth of our new venture.
This role is very flexible and requires a part time involvement at the beginning enabling the right incumbent to maintain his/her primary economic activity. The role will then turn into a full time position in a 2nd phase.
The job:
- Structure the legal set-up of the FileProof network entities
- Build the business plan collaborating closely with the CEO
- Support the CEO in fundraising activities
- Manage the legal and reporting requirements
You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Relevant experience in a Finance/strategy role
- Excellent critical thinking, judgment and decision-making ability
- Experience in business set-up a strong plus
Location: You can be based out of Europe or Asia. We are an international team based in Geneva, Singapore and Saint Petersburg.
