FITB Writing Prompts (Feb 2021)
For your favorite Mad Libs inspired pub, Fill in the Blanks!
Welcome to our second month here at Fill in the Blanks, the [adjective] publication inspired by the classic game, Mad Libs!
If you have no idea what I’m talking about, then I think it’s about time you check out the publication. 😉
In January, we published Mad Libs style stories in 5 writing genres:
- Swashbuckler Fiction
- Superhero Fiction
- Action Thriller Fiction
- Cooking Instructions for Recipe
- Self-Improvement Non-Fiction
We paired these stories up with words submitted by the Fill in the Blanks community, and the results were spectacular!
This month, we have five completely new genre prompts for you to choose from!
As always, you may submit as many stories as you want, based on any prompt you want — as long as your submitted piece matches our submission guidelines and has the required # of blank words.
Please note: the word requirements and suggested style have changed slightly based on what we’ve seen work best.
