So path is the strategy and tactics you use to achieve that goal. If I say to myself my purpose is to start a…I want to make this up, see if I can get this right. I’m going to start a central African tech incubator to incubate technology enterprises for small and medium businesses in the Congo. Let’s say that’s my purpose. If I can go to that place and achieve those goals, then I will feel like I have achieved my purpose. That’s what I want to do.
What’s my path?
To get there, maybe I need to go to university and study finance?
Maybe I need to work in investment banking or private equity?
Maybe I need to go to business school and get a graduate business degree?
