Film Courage: Dan we know you love sports. Let’s say you had five minutes to sit down with a short filmmaker before they make their short film. You are their coach. What are you going to coach them on? What are you going to say to them? They haven’t made their movie yet, maybe they’re ready to go, they might have the script?
Daniel Sol, Hollyshorts Film Festival CoFounder: I think the biggest thing is going back to belief in what the story is that you’re trying to tell, belief in the subject matter. I say that in the sense of you can’t…anything you do whether it’s this festival, playing sports, say you’re a basketball coach and you don’t love basketball.
