For those of you who are new to FinanceX, this article will show you how to deposit/withdraw and buy/sell on the platform. To learn more about FinanceX exchange first, click here.
1) Registering your account
First, go to the official website of FinanceX at: http://financex.io then click on "Sign Up".
- Email: Enter your email address
- Password: Must be at least 8 characters, including lowercase, capital letters, numbers and special characters
- Referral code: If applicable, enter the referral code of the person who referred you
- Select country: select the country in which you live
- Check the box "I have read the conditions of FinanceX"
- Check the box "I'm not a robot" and check the images that match the requirements
- Click Sign Up
Access your email for authentication
After you confirm your account will be activated
2) How to deposit/withdraw money
Log in to your account on the FinanceX website
On the menu bar select “Balances” -> “Money”
Enter the amount you want to deposit into the box -> “Submit Request”
Confirm the deposit value is accurate and click “Confirm”
Enter the exact information when transferring from your bank account. Make sure the “Transfer Description” is correctly entered in the details of the transaction. Mistakes can lead to your loss of money. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and provide a Proof of Payment and a description.
For withdrawals, click on the "Withdrawals" box next to "Deposits"
Fill in the necessary information. One thing to note is before you withdraw money, you have to activate 2FA. Click here for email authentication instructions and here for Google Authenticator. This is an important step made compulsory to protect your assets from hackers. It doesn’t take long.
3) How To Buy/Sell
Once you have deposited money successfully, you are now ready to start trading! Access the trading interface to begin.
Let's take the example BTC first, but the same goes for every coin on the platform. If you want to buy BTC with VND, select VND and select BTC/VND to start choosing the best price.
The functions of the exchange are very easy to understand so no need to describe each too much. We have numbered the important features in the picture below with descriptions below that.
- The total volume of transactions in 24 hours for that trading pair
- Where you enter your buy order
- Where you enter your sell order
- Latest transactions on the exchange
- Buy orders
- Sell orders
- Different trading pairs and markets
- Trading chart showing the current coins market information
In the last step, you go to “Buy BTC”, choose the price of BTC and enter the volume, press buy BTC and you have completed the order. If your order is matched immediately it will appear in “Order” -> “Order History”. If it’s still pending you will see it in “Order” -> “Open Orders”.
Selling BTC requires the same process.
