Everyone has financial needs. Military members and their families take those necessities to another level. In few other professions are loved ones called away for long stretches of time. Not many carry as much risk of not seeing heads of families again.

For a true feel of the money challenges military people confront throughout their careers, Lacey Langford is in a great position to explain how it takes one to know one. The Military Money Expert® is a veteran, military spouse and speaker also created the Military Money Show.

“I know it’s difficult to make decisions on what to do with your money and then try to implement them — especially when you add in the military,” Langford said. “It can never be simple.

“It’s usually a combo like making a permanent change of station with a new baby or renting out your house during deployment,” she said. “That’s enough to drive you to do something crazy like I don’t know.”
