Day 120 — Spring Colors — Green — Haibun Journey Beauty Each Day
Today’s spring color of beauty is green. After all the snow melts and the brown muddy yards it is wonderful to see the green lawns. The green leaves on all the garden plants are a grand variety of beautiful green shapes and shades. Just toward the latter part of spring the small new leaves burst out in full size covering the bare branches. Green is the color of life, energy, and renewal. The beautiful pink lenten roses have not died but have changed to green and are almost hidden among the green leaves, yet are still beautiful.
