Day 218 -Migrating Geese — Haibun Journey Beauty Each Day
Today’s beauty was a flock of Canadian Geese. Late this afternoon while outside working I heard some geese. Looked up and a line of geese we flying in my direction. They were very low to the ground as if just beginning to take of. They rose at a slight angle. As I watched a long row of geese flew overhead barely missing the tree line as they rose. It was a magnificent site. These geese looked dark against the blue sky with their long necks and wings stretched out.
