Day 252 –Half Moon- Haibun Journey Beauty Each Day

Today’s beauty came around four am o\in the form of a half moon. This half moon was above the mimosa tree shining like the grin of the Cheshire cat. I could watch it rise and return though the window blinds.

the half moon grins
through the new snow
