Step 1. Don’t allow Denial to stop you

In the modern day, it’s easy to distract yourself from doing what you really want, which can prevent the uncomfortable, intimidating feeling of being new. Our lives are so busy now that we can conveniently find reasons to disregard an activity we want to pursue, but are afraid to start on. It’s more acceptable to your own mind to waste hours on mindless pursuits.
