6:23AM: SPX futures are flat at 3790. LIVE is gapping up 145% on very positive earnings results. ACOR is gapping up 66% on news of restructuring and selling off parts of its business.

6:31AM: LIVE has broken through its pre-market highs and is now halted going up.

6:35AM: LIVE just gave up that gain on resumption and is now halted going down.

6:41AM: LIVE is halted going down again.
