6:21AM: SPX futures are flat at 3435. TGC is gapping up 281% on news of a merger. ASTC is gapping up 170% on news of developing a COVID-19 test. MRIN is gapping up 75% on no news.

TGC is looking pretty good at the moment. It’s relatively near it pre-market highs.

6:36AM: Things aren’t looking good at the opening with both stocks on the watchlist popping up and then dropping.
