6:18AM: SPX futures are up 0.7% at 3665. ANCN is gapping up 172% on news of a merger. It’s currently off of its pre-market highs.

6:34AM: No dice on ANCN. It attempted to break above the VWAP but failed and sold off. That was the only gapper this morning as well; so, that indicates that is a bit weak this week.
