6:19AM: SPX futures are up a bit at 3687. OCGN is gapping up 137% on news of talks about restricting the number of shares it can issue. I’m not seeing any other stocks. It looks like a slow day today.
6:31AM: SPX has risen to 3701.
6:35AM: A few stocks that were dipping have all risen into halts (OCGN, FRSX, and PHAR).
6:38AM: PHAR and FRSX did not hold up at resumption.
6:40AM: OCGN also did not hold up.
