UAVS, a lower priced stock, is gapping up 78% on low relative volume on news of receiving a “design verification” that is needed for it to fly its drones in the EU:

Overall, stocks don’t look great this morning.

7:10AM: CEAD, currently up 137%, is moving on a news of a deal contract. It’s facing resistance at $2.50.
