Day Fifty-One: Monday, October 18, 2021 (morning)

Woke up at 04:30 AM and sat down for forty minutes to do morning meditations, including the DNA healing.

Then I did the Pono Pono prayer, directing it to two people with who I've had only indirect contact but wanted to make a positive impact on them because they've been treating a few of my friends horribly.

Lessons Learned (thus far):

I learned about the Hawaiian Pono Pono prayer from Serena Dyer Pisoni, daughter of Wayne Dyer. I wrote about her on Day 31. I've attached the story if you haven't read it yet.
