Our organizational structure is a hybrid between flat and hierarchical. Augmenting the traditional structure with non-hierarchical participation allows us to emphasize independent thinking and therefore cultivate innovation. Our employees from every level are free to bring their potential and thoughts into the open without any limitations.

  • Talk with CEO

In addition to usual interaction, every employee has a set schedule to talk to the CEO once every quarter of the year. This provides a fine, quarterly opportunity for all employees to share their problems or discuss goals and growth directly with the CEO. Each employee and the CEO will both be given a chance to get to know each other on a more personal level.

  • Isolation Day

The company arranges 2 isolation days a week for the employees to work from anywhere but the office, so that they can fully focus with their work and feel more privacy, to improve work efficiency.

  • Work from Home

In special circumstances such as that of the COVID-19 pandemic, we care about the well-being of our employees, so we have a policy for them to work from home 2 days a week if appropriate.

  • Monthly Activity

We organize monthly activities for our employees to mingle and build internal relationship beyond their direct colleagues. We also hold “knowledge sharing sessions” from time to time as a platform to share new ideas and foster professional development, so that our employees keep growing with the organization.

  • Casual Outfit

Our company has no dress code. Our employees can wear whatever they want and express their own styles — with t-shirts, denim, and so on — as long as they keep in mind to dress appropriately for a workplace.

  • Inclusive Job Opportunities

In addition to a culture of openness to disabilities and gender diversity previously mentioned, we never hire anyone based on their working years. If the newly graduated candidates have the passion and abilities we are looking for, we will gladly accept them. For those who have already been in retirement, should they wish to come back to work, we are open to them as well, given that their qualifications match our needs.

Our employees can bring their children to play or to wait at the office, because we know that family is important.

  • Pet-Friendly Office

We allow our employees to bring their beloved pets to the office. Their cute presence reduces everyone’s stress. Our employees’ pets are also members of the Finema family.
